Johnny Wad Hits The Soundstage 07.22.2010

Johnny Wad was formed in 1999 as an extra project from members of several different area bands. The Wad band really took off instantly and soon became the only band that the members would be part of. The members consist of Chris Dame, Colin Kriss, Rick LaJeunesse and Jason Jelinek.  Johnny Wad has become one of the most requested and respected bands in Wisconsin and there is no end in sight. With a rock solid rhythm section, dual guitars, four part harmony, not to mention strong lead vocal ability from every member, they can cover a huge span of music from the Eagles to Velvet Revolver and do it with integrity. If you like 70’s, 80’s, 90’s or country this band has you covered.

Johnny Wad plays a variety of clubs and many outdoor festivals including Bayfest, Celebrate DePere and seven years running at Summerfest. They have opened for national bands such as Lynyrd Skynyrd, Molly Hatchet, Cheap Trick, The Gin Blossoms, Blue Oyster Cult, April Wine, Sum 41 and the list goes on and on with one thing in mind: Entertaining you, the audience and making your night a rock n’ roll party……..
