25th Fond du Lac All-Breeds Futurity
The 2025 Fond du Lac Co. Fair presents the 25th Annual Futurity. The Futurity started in 2021 with a 2-year-old class. 2023 brought about the 2-year-old and 5-year-old class. This year we will be adding a one-time Anniversary class consisting of animals that were entered previously and are 3, 4 or 6 years and up. We are looking for a large crowd of spectators.
Some interesting facts about the Futurity … We have welcomed over 4,000 entries in 25 years. More than 50 local families have been involved over the years. Almost 500 2-year-olds have been shown. We have a 25% return rate on 5-year-olds. There were 35 different sponsors in various degrees of contributions. Almost $110,000.00 in money has been paid out. We ask and have entertained many world-renowned judges. It has been a highlight of (up to now) 24 Fond du Lac Co. Fairs and we are grateful to 1000’s of extremely loyal spectators. You will not want to miss it.
Friday, July 18, 2025 Cow Palace at the Fond du Lac Co. Fairgrounds. Festivities start at 6:45 with introduction of dignitaries. Followed by … in this order 5-year-old class, 2-year-old class and 2025 one-time only Anniversary class.
